Sunflower meadow

the horses favourite place to visit. its the land on either side of sunstricken gorge. full of lush long grass and herbs. also the odd hare to chase if you are feeling frisky.

Robinflight slowed, his handsome chestnut mane flowing in the wind. He bent, scooping up mouthful after mouthful of fresh new shoots. Devouring the grasses hungrily, he raised his head, his jaws grinding up the strands. It sounded like a whinny, and it was coming from camp. Concerned, the strong male dashed back to camp, his tail streaming out behind him like a flag.

Skylily loved to come to this place. And not only because it was very peaceful, but also because there were bushes that had her favorite fruit growing on them. Skylily walked among the bushes until she found the one she was looking for, she shook one of the bushes with her hooves and the blackberries started to fall. she bent down and ate a few. Oh, i just love blackberries but i better eat some real food, she thought as she headed for camp.
